When making a luxury purchase of art, jewelry, automobiles, real estate, etc. the relationship whom you do business must be built on integrity and trust. My husband and I are watch collectors, we just love our watches! We needed to repair three of them, two of which are nearly irreplaceable, it took us years to find someone we trusted with the repairs. We entrusted Dalzell Jewelers, and now they have us forever.

We now have two beautiful rings that will be cherished for many years

Recently, my mother and I were privileged to work with Dalzell Jewelers in custom designing two rings. We brought in a favorite ring of my late Grandmother to see if two rings could be made utilizing her diamonds. We were hoping to have an heirloom created that would remind us of Grandma Olga each time we wore it. The designer listened to stories of Grandma and felt as if he had a sense of who she was and what she might like us to have. After meeting with a designer, many detailed options were presented to us. The first time we saw the completed rings was breathtaking! The skilled craftsmanship that went into creating the rings was clear to see. Working with Dalzell Jewelers through the entire process was nothing less than enjoyable! We now have two beautiful rings that will be cherished for many years!

For Christmas last year, I picked out a ring for my wife from Dalzell. Little did I know that my wife had ordered a watch for me as well. The entire time we were working with the great people at Dalzell, no one there ever let slip that the other spouse had been in. Now THAT'S confidentiality!

Dalzell stands behind their jewelry and their work

I can not say enough about this place. We usually bought our jewelry here and occasionally my husband would buy at (another retailer.) Dalzell stands behind their jewelry and their work. When I have had a problem they always take care of it - above and beyond what I expect. For example I cleaned my necklace from (another retailer) and a diamond fell out. Luckily I recovered the diamond and brought it to (the other retailer) where they wanted to charge me $30 plus dollars to set the stone back in their piece. I had a ring that I took to Dalzells to fix a prong. A couple months later the prong wore down and I lost the diamond. I took it to Dalzells and they not only set it it free but replaced the diamond no charge. I don't buy jewelry from anywhere else anymore. They are awesome.

You know that feeling, when you walk into a jewelry store and you all of a sudden feel like you're in a pretentious place? You won't have that feeling at Dalzell! The staff is so friendly, down-to-earth, helpful, knowledgeable and not the least bit judgmental. They also did a phenomenal job reconstructing my broken rings. Dalzell is THE place to go for jewelry and repairs in Crystal Lake!

The price was the most reasonable of all the stores

My fiance and I have just ordered our matching wedding bands here. The consultant, Andrea, was very nice and friendly while we were figuring out what styles we liked. After deciding what band we liked, we inquired on whether the band can be smaller width-wise for me. The company that they order from can do that. I am glad that they have a diverse range of products available to meet the customer's needs, especially in this case. The price was the most reasonable of all the stores we had looked at, so I shall be coming back.

I was impressed..

I visited Dalzell on a very busy day --- the Saturday before Mother's Day. I was interested in purchasing a few Pandora Charms for my sister-in-law for Mother's Day. I was impressed with the selection and the service was excellent.

Thank you Dalzell and Diana for making our special day really be special...

Last Friday morning I awoke to a very sad Grandmother that didn't have a special gift for her first Granddaughter. Off to the religious store for a Cross, but then I needed an engraver ASAP!!!! Figuring that it wouldn't happen in time for Sundays baptism I tried your store. There I met the wonderful Diana who walked this old man through the whole process. The engraving took about 15 minutes. When she showed it to me the font made my "z" look like an "x". My wife would have excepted it but probably would have cried. Diana told me to have lunch and come back. Upon my return she had a new plate and a new font. Thank you Dalzell and Diana for making our special day really be special.
